OFAC ADDS 9 INDIVIDUALS, 16 ENTITIES AND 6 VESSELS ADDED TO IRAN SANCTIONS LISTS – WITH DETAILS OF 5 OTHER VESSELS AND 2 INDIVIDUALS AMENDED

On 4th September, OFAC announced the listing of 9 new individuals in connection with its Iran sanctions regime.  16 companies, including a number of ship management companies, in or from Lebanon, India, UAE, Iran, Singapore and Syria have been added to designation lists.  4 vessels under the Iranian flag, plus the Bonita Queen (St Kitts & Nevis flag) and Tour 2 (Panama flag) have been listed.  The 5 vessels that have their details amended all fly the Panama flag.
