MEETING THE ECONOMIC SUBSTANCE REQUIREMENTS IN THE UK CROWN DEPENDENCIES

Dixcart has issued a briefing saying that on 1st January the ”substance-based regime” was introduced into the Crown Dependencies (Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man).  The briefing provides a short summary and “tool kit” for meeting the requirements.
