TURKISH WEAPONS APPEAR IN LIBYA DESPITE UN EMBARGO

On 27th August, an article from DFR Lab on Medium said that images published in May revealed a cargo of Turkish-made military vehicles in Libya, despite the country being under a weapons embargo imposed by the UN.  Turkish-made BMC Kipri Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected (MRAP) vehicles were recorded in Tripoli.  Turkey is said to have supplied forces loyal to the internationally recognized Government of National Accord (GNA).  The other side of the conflict, led by Libyan warlord Khalifa Haftar, has received support from Egypt and UAE.
