An article from research website Bellingcat on 9th August saying that jihadi crowdfunding campaigns have been on the rise, and that some people think that since most of these campaigns haven’t raised significant funds, and that there isn’t much to worry about. The author of the article explains why this is wrong. After early mistakes, she says, terrorists now have a highly sophisticated understanding of blockchain technology.
