OFAC REMOVES 48 NAMES FROM ITS DRUGS KINGPIN SANCTIONS LIST

On 1st August, OFAC announced that it had removed 48 individuals and entities originating from Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico from the list of foreign narcotics traffickers, and that consequently these persons will no longer be subject to asset freezing measures.
