UKRAINE SEIZES RUSSIAN TANKER IN BLACK SEA

Deutsche Welle reported on 25th July that Ukraine has seized the Russian tanker Neyma in the Black Sea, alleging that it was used in an operation to block Ukrainian vessels from sailing through the Kerch Strait last year and stopped the vessel upon entering the port of Izmail, located in the southwest Odessa region of Ukraine., the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) said, SBU said.   The 10 crew were allowed to disembark and leave Ukraine.
