FATF AND VIRTUAL ASSETS

On 29th April, Foodman CPSs and Advisors published an article saying that FATF has been working on an “Interpretive Note to Recommendation 15” due to a belief that there is urgency for countries to take co-ordinated action to prevent the use of virtual assets for crime and terrorism.  The article lays out the current Recommendation and the draft Interpretative Note.
