An article from 6KBW on 13th March published an article saying that the Court had restated the approach that ought to be taken when a defendant applies to stay proceedings as an abuse of process on the basis that he was lured into committing criminal offences by agents of the State.  The Court concluded that the existing guidelines remained compatible with the European Convention on Human Rights.
