OFAC ISSUES NEW VENEZUELA SANCTIONS GENERAL LICENCES AND AMENDED FAQ

On 8 March, the EU Sanctions Blog reported that OFAC has issued 2 general licences relating to financial contracts and agreements with some specific Venezuelan bonds and PdVSA securities. They extend the expiration dates of their previous versions.  OFAC has also amended 2 relevant FAQ.
