EU ADDS FRENCH NATIONAL TO AL-QAIDA/ISIL SANCTIONS LIST

EU Regulation 2019/270/EU on 18th February added Brahim el KHAYARI, a French national to its sanctions lists.  See also Council Decision 2019/271/CFSP.
