UK EXTENDS EU CHEMICAL WEAPONS SANCTIONS REGIME TO OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

On 8^th January, the European Sanctions Blog reported that an Order comes into force on 9^th January that will extend the legislation allowing for sanctions to be imposed under the regime in the British Overseas Territories, which includes Anguilla, Cayman Islands. Turks and Caicos Islands, and BVI.
