NORTH KOREA ACQUIRED WESTERN AIRCRAFT?

The Oryx blog on 4^th January said that it appears North Korea has acquired a single US-built Cessna 208B Grand Caravan in violation of UN sanctions.  The aircraft is likely operated by Air Koryo, and is the latest in a series of Western small aircraft acquired by the DPRK for VIP use and tourism purposes.
