CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND WARNS CERTAIN FIRMS NEED TO REGISTER FOR AML PURPOSES

Finance Feeds on 27th November reported that the Central Bank has earlier posted guidance for registration of the so-called “Schedule 2 Firms” for AML purposes.  The article lists the 13 categories of business that are covered by Schedule 2, including e-money issuers, financial leasing companies, money brokers and safe custody businesses.
