SANCTIONS: 18 SAUDIS LINKED TO KHASHOGGI KILLING BARRED FROM EUROPE AND FRANCE AND FINLAND JOIN ARMS EMBARGO

On 23rd November, EU Observer reported that France had imposed a travel ban on the 18 Saudi citizens linked to the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, binding all countries in the EU’s passport-free Schengen zone.  On 22nd November, France, and Finland joined Germany and Denmark in blocking future arms exports to Saudi Arabia.
