EU CLAMPS DOWN ON ISLE OF MAN TAX LOOPHOLE FOR PRIVATE JETS AND YACHTS

The Guardian on 9th November reported on the action being taken by the EU Commission against the UK 9and, by extension, the Isle of Man) over what it says are illegal tax breaks given to some of the world’s wealthiest people over their purchases of private jets. The Guardian was the British newspaper that broke the Paradise Papers in the UK last year.
