US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE TEMPORARILY DENIES EXPORT PRIVILEGES FOR ESTONIAN AND RUSSIAN COMPANIES AND RELATED PERSONS

Akin Gump in its October Red Notice newsletter reported measures against 2 Estonian companies, Eastline Technologies OU and Adimir OU; their co-owners; and an affiliated Russian company, Real Components; for knowing violations of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) relating to the procurement of US-origin items subject to the EAR for export to Russian customers, primarily Real Components Ltd., via transshipment through Estonia and Finland.
