Andrea Berger in her Twitter account reported that Singapore national, Tan Wee Beng, now subject to US sanctions, indicted, and the subject of an arrest warrant on the basis of his extensive business with North Korea actually sued the FBI in 2017 – alleging that the FBI had overstepped its authority by de facto designating 2 companies he controlled as prohibited parties in a letter out to a number of banks.
