JERSEY, GUERNSEY AND THE ISLE OF MAN PUBLISH SUBSTANCE PROPOSALS

On 29 August, Proskauer published an article saying that Jersey and Guernsey are consulting on proposals to introduce substance requirements in response to concerns from the EU’s Code of Conduct Group regarding minimum substance requirements for resident companies and the Isle of Man has joined them by announcing that it has been working with Jersey and Guernsey to develop these proposals.  The Jersey and Guernsey consultations close on 31 August.
