CANADA LEVIES SANCTIONS AGAINST 7 MYANMAR MILITARY LEADERS

The Globe & Mail on 26th June announced that Canada is joining the EU in imposing sanctions against  senior Myanmar military officials over their involvement in the violence and persecution that has forced more than 720,000 Rohingya Muslims to flee Myanmar.
