CMS GUIDE TO ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION LAWS

On 14^th June, CMS published the latest version of its guide which provides a broad overview and

comparison of the anti-corruption laws across the countries covered in the guide from Albania to the UK.  As with previous editions, in this Guide CMS provides answers to the following key questions for each of the 42 countries –

• what are the offences?
• who can be liable and when?
• what are the penalties?
• what are the defences?
