FIFTH MONEY LAUNDERING DIRECTIVE PUBLISHED

On 19^th June, EU Directive 2018/843/EU was published in the Official Journal.  This Directive, known as the 5^th Money Laundering Directive, amends the 4^th Money Laundering Directive.  It will enter into force 20 days after it has been published in the Official Journal, i.e. 9^th July.
