CHECKLIST OF COUNTRIES SUBJECT TO US, EU AND UN SANCTIONS

On 5th June, US law firm Thompson Coburn published a checklist of countries that are subject to a variety restrictions affecting international trade.  Although there is considerable overlap between the US and EU checklists, the restrictions applicable to a particular country may differ significantly. Explanatory notes following the checklists describe the different categories of restrictions for each.
