On 29th May, the EU published EU Regulation 2018/774/EU, which amended its Syria sanctions lists – amending the details for 34 entries, deleting 2 names (Dawud Rajiha and Hassan Bin-Ali Al-Turkmani), the entry for Higher Institute for Applied Sciences and Technology (HIAST) replaced and the numbering of various entries changed.  See also Council Decision 2018/778/CFSP which extends the sanctions to 1st June 2019.
