JERSEY COMPLETES MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL REVIEW OF EXCHANGE OF NOTES ON BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP

On 27^th April, a news release from the Jersey government reported that the Island has co-operated fully in a review of the arrangements for the Exchange of Notes on Beneficial Ownership between the UK, Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories.  This allows a commitment made in 2016 between the UK, 6 of the Overseas Territories, and all of the Crown Dependencies to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement co-operation through the sharing of beneficial ownership information.
