EU SUBSTITUTES LISTING OF “CAPRICORN” WITH “NADINE” UNDER LIBYAN SANCTIONS

On 9th February, EU Regulation 2018/200/EU amended the entry under its Libyan sanctions regime for the vessel “Capricorn” with one for the same vessel under the name “Nadine”.
